TOEFL Registration

There are two ways to register for the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).

1. Online registration (http://www.ets.org/ell/register.html): a valid credit card is required for registration. Registration fee is $25. Registration is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

2. Mail registration: To register by mail, you must obtain a print version of the Information Bulletin and complete the scannable registration form.

3. By phone: just call 1-443-751-4862 or 1-800-GO-TOEFL (1-800-468-6335).

4. Register locally: if you are living in Germany, Italy, Kenya, Nigeria and Zimbabwe, you can register through local agencies.

Be sure to register early; some test centers fill up very quickly. You cannot register by personal letter, telephone, fax, cable, or electronic mail.

Registration Cancellations

Select a test date when you are sure you will be available. Once you mail your TOEFL registration form, you may NOT cancel your registration or request that your test date be changed.
